Inquiries and proposals
Submitting a form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a booking, purchase or service contract. Work begins only after a written scope, provider identity, deliverables, timing and any fees have been accepted.
Pricing and payment
This website does not process checkout or payments. Requested quotations are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment methods, deposit, applicable taxes and invoice terms are provided with the relevant written proposal.
Scheduling, changes and cancellation
Proposed dates are subject to confirmation. Ask the team promptly if the scope or timing changes. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for paid work must be agreed in the written proposal; no undisclosed website cancellation fee is imposed.
Scope and professional assessment
Editorial services do not guarantee publication, representation, book sales or a particular review. Manuscript scope, confidentiality, timing and fees are agreed before work begins.
Your materials
Only share material you are entitled to provide. You remain responsible for factual accuracy, approvals, lawful use and any permissions required. Confidential material should be shared by an agreed method rather than pasted into the contact form.
Illustrations and interactive tools
Concept images, example text and browser tools explain possibilities. They are not completed client work, binding quotations, engineering calculations or promises of a particular result.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, submit unauthorized personal data or interfere with website operation.
Privacy and communication
Our Privacy Policy describes inquiry handling. Forms do not subscribe you to marketing. We use contact information to respond and communicate about requested or agreed services.
Issues and updates
If something is wrong, contact drafts@lesclesdelecriture.com so we can review it. These website terms do not override mandatory consumer rights. A signed service agreement controls the agreed engagement. Last updated: October 12, 2026.
